Any order can be collected, free of charge, from our warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester. Our opening hours are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday and 08:00 – 14:30 on a Friday. We are closed on all bank holidays and at weekends. Our full address is:

Deliveries are managed by our logistics’ partners which include Select Logistics Ltd, DPD Local and Parcel Link. We will always choose the most cost effective method whilst ensuring speedy delivery times and a high quality service is achieved. During the checkout process you can request a shipping quotation and the system will automatically calculate the cost of delivery based on the weight of your goods. Goods are delivered Monday – Friday, except bank holidays, and all estimated delivery timeframes provided on the website are given in working days.
When packing your order we will always ensure that the number of parcels/pallets is kept to a minimum. The maximum individual parcel weight is 30kg and the maximum weight for a single Euro Pallet is 1500kg.
Whilst every effort has been taken to minimise the risk of errors occurring, it is possible that the system may calculate the cost of delivery inaccurately. Where this is the case and the cost of delivery can be reduced, we will automatically amend your order to reflect the correct, lower, charge. Should the cost of delivery be higher than the system quoted, we will contact you immediately to let you know. You will then be given the choice as to how to proceed; options will include: paying any additional delivery charges, cancelling your order, arranging to collect the goods.
